Due to the specialized nature of our offerings, all sales and enrollments are considered final and non-refundable.
2. Product Refund Policy
Refunds or replacements for Ayurvedic products will be accepted only in the following cases:
- Product received in damaged condition during transit
- Incorrect product delivered
To initiate a claim:

- Provide Order ID with photos/videos of the issue
Resolution:
- Free replacement of product
- If not possible, refund or store credit within 30 working days
Non-Refundable Cases:
- Opened or used products
- Claims after 48 hours
- Purchases from unauthorized sellers
3. Academy Refund Policy
Enrollments for Ayuceutical® Academy courses (online/offline) are non-refundable and non-transferable.
Refunds are not applicable for:
- Change of mind
- Missed classes or sessions
- Partial course participation
Exception:
- If a course is cancelled or rescheduled by us
- You will receive rescheduled access or credit note
